我朋友有个全新的出租房, 租了两年, 面目全非, 新地毯上好多洞, 因为租客抽烟, 墙弄得很脏... 在同等条件下, 全新房并不比旧房能多租钱.

如果这此事情处理不好, 就会有麻烦. 租客并不承认那是他的狗, 说是他爹的, 他是不想交pet deposit. 现在还不知community对养狗和安装dish的规定, 只能按Lease Agreement来说事, 写Notice. 选择租客是要小心，我的租房条件是no pet。收clean deposit. 老美有两样东西比中国贵， 一是涉及人工的东西，比如说楼主的房屋装修； 二是涉及版权的东西，比如软件，书籍。
