急找45,000投資房!!
本人在香港,上個月到過vegas 睇過一些3-8萬的房,現有意在vegas購買房子出租作長線投資(可超過20年). 我打算先購買45,000以下的房做遠程control看看是否可行,出租半年後如沒有問題會考慮再購入較大的房. 問1:45,000購買2000年以後並易出租的房子容易嗎?(如果唔可行都無問題,請幫忙提供更好的區名和zip code給我). 問2:遠程control我要留意什麼細節? 請各位高人指點一下. 祝身體健康,事事順利. location 肯定不是很好， 房子太旧-1963年， 破不破不知道， 没照片。 大概在$50,000-$55,000这个价位，肯定有人买， 但是懂得装修房屋的。
