大家出租房保险都买哪家？ 多少钱啊？

2000年，12万的SFH，一层，1400尺。不知道大概要多少钱。 大家都用的哪家保险公司？ 保额到什么level呢？
希望大牛们指点一二

我们刚住进这个房子空调就被偷了, 保险公司很快就陪了 $2600给我们. 换空调一共: $3600 (自己出$1000的DEDUCTIBLE)

你的房子保险太便宜了！我们1300sf  的房子一年要450刀是state farm      我马上带电话这家公司，另外问一下这家公司的auto  保险这么样

你的保险公司Loss of Rents 这项好象没给保哟. 还有, 在差不多的房屋条件下, State Farm的保费是贵些, 但在Section II 中就有较大差别; 比如:
                                                         
                                          Limits of liability

Business Liability                  $300,000
(Each Occurrence)
Annual Aggregate                 $600,000

Medical Payments                  $5,000
(Each Person)

还有，elam63 mm的medical就付1000， 但是deductible 也是1000， 那就是说如果1000以下的赔偿，要自己出，1000以上的赔偿最多只赔1000. 这个有点狠。  话又说回来，如果真是租客出了medical的问题，估计不是几千块能搞定的

Deductibles - Section I

Basic     $1,000

Section I: Dwelling , Dwelling Extension; Personal Property and Loss of Rents (Sources from State Farm)

如果是两个月没租出去, 是由于没人来租, Loss of Rents 是不保的, 这是我的理解.  具体还得问问Agent或专业人士.

你看那个保额啊，medical本来就很少。估计保险设计时候就不是用来保medical的。

哈！哈！哈！你太可爱了，我跟我先生差点笑翻了！这是我们每个房东的梦想! 不过我朋友在澳洲的房出租，她说有这项保险哦，也不知道她是跟你一样的理解还是澳洲真的有这项保险，如果有我一定买，但要看是不是要cost同样月数的租金再决定。

以下是FARMERS保单里对Loss of Rent的解释.注意看不同的保险公司内容有所不同。

[b]Coverage D - Loss of Rents[/b][b]

[/b]1.  Loss of Rents。If a covere property loss makes the residence premises rented to others or held for rental by you unfit to live in, we cover the Loss of Rents.  We shall pay for the shortest time needed to make the rental fit to live in but not to exceed 12 consecutive months from the date of the loss.
2.  Prohibited Use. If a civil authority prohibits you from use of the residence premises because of direct damage to neighboring premises by a loss which would have been covered under SECTION I - PROPERTY if it occurred on the residence premises, we cover the resulting Loss of Rents for not more than 2 weeks during which use is prohibited

你这家保险价格真不错

我拿到的quote是306. 保额比你的低，但是好像因为房子旧，所以贵。

不过比其他家便宜多了。谢谢！
