如果你要买房子, realtor会问你是自住还是投资, 这是他/她的责任帮你查. 我买的一个townhouse在Arlington Ranch, 没有限制. 买的single family house也没限制, 但有的限制晚上不能把车趴在路边上.

谢谢回答。short sell 房，有的卖方说只有银行接受后，从 HOA 文件查。不知道是否该给offer.

扯淡。listing里面都有HOA的名字和联系电话。实在不行就自己打个电话过去问问。
这个卖方显然在敷衍
