Vegas对你来说就象鸡肋, 还是舍不得放弃. 才三万多块钱, 不知能租多少? 我想能租500-700刀, HOA 才120刀; 而在加州, 这种房子肯定要卖到15万左右, 又能租多少? 800-1000刀? HOA 估计是200-300刀. 算算renturn, 就知道能不能买了. 看起来不错呢， 不要心黑，租个600-700， 应该没问题。好租客是要凭运气的！ [i=s] 本帖最后由 muchomoney 于 2012-5-5 22:08 编辑 [/i]

[color=blue]这种房子要是在南加州华人区的话，能值30万，能租1600快，要是在海边的话，大概能值到45万，能租2500快，要是在偏远的地方能值7，8 万快，能租1000快。 要是算return的话，在加州的房子很好租，很快就租出去，在赌城可能就不一样，可能很难租，这样来讲vacancy很高，return很不好算。[/color]
