請問現在的condo都是馬上成交的嗎?
各位好，最近我看了不少condo，請我的agent幫我出價，因為我人沒在美國，所以都是透過我的agent來回報消息!
但是至少已經下單了10間，沒有一間成的，不知是我agent的速度太慢(但我已把我的電子簽章授權給她了)
又或是她根本就是騙我?!沒有幫我出價，想哄我抬高價錢?
所以我想請教各位，現在的condo真的很搶手嗎?(我都是在收到房子釋出消息的隔天請她下單的)
而且價錢已經不能砍價，需要加價嗎?還是可以像之前一樣大約打個95折嗎?如，50000，即可標47500左右?
感謝大家的回覆，謝謝! 现在市场很火，打個95折可能不行，能等还是等吧，现在买可能将来要赔点。 just want to add a little more so that people understand what is going on in this special market. when things go this fast, it is usu. the investor are doing the bidding. One needs to be aware that many investors have to buy within ceitain time period. Tax is one reason, 1031 exchange is another reason (where investor must purchase within ceitain time period to qualify for the exchange).
I hope i get less argument from some of you guys this time :)
