请问物业税(property tax)什么时候交? 据说忘交的话房屋会被拍卖。

最近刚在 las vegas 买房屋·，谢谢回答·。

   物业税（HOA fee） 和房产税（property tax）可不一样哦！

Propertytax，遲交，罚钱啦，不会没收，[color=red]只要没过五年就好了，[/color]
HOA就可能咯，

    去政府网站查，[url=http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/Depts/assessor/Pages/RecordSearch.aspx]http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/Depts/assessor/Pages/RecordSearch.aspx[/url]

输入业主的名字或者地址，或者PARCEL NUMBER, 会有详细信息，包括物业税要交多少。

谢谢回答。我每个月查一次，都是不欠税。不知什么时候该交税。

只要信息上显示due to *** date: 有多少房产税，就去交喽。

这个不对，拖欠property tax和HOA都会被拍卖房产补交欠费的。

property tax， 每年的11月和2月一号分两次到期交，如果拖延到12月和4月10号还未交就有10%的罚款。到了一月还未交就变成lien。6月30日还未交就上 tax delinquent properties 名单，房产sold to state。但是有5年回赎期，5年内交了还是自己的房产，5年内未赎回房产就会被拍卖给新买主。

谢谢，很好的信息。由于不知何时交而晚交(也就是几十$,估计是前房主欠的),我曾经被罚了大约1$.
不知对信用有无影响。
