discount 不多见，但是一般来说apartment都有 move-in bonus， 比如签一年合同第一个月免费，打电话去问会告诉你的。 另外如果你有认识的人介绍你去，介绍人和你自己可以有几百块的bonus。 apartment的utility基本都是自己付，公共设施一般都免费，parking也是免费的。
