Is this considered a good area? Please help!

Hi,
I'm seeking the general local people's (country men) option about the following area to see if it's considered a good neigborhood.  
Between [u]W. Warm Springs Rd[/u]. and [u]Blue Diamond Rd[/u], next to [u]S. Decatur Blvd[/u].  
The exact address is 5000 Desert Dandelion Ct.

The area is not bad, close to highway and shopping centers, easy to rent out.

Be careful about the warm spring area, there are lots of properties there have rental restrictions.  Call HOA before you buy.
