买房的目的 想在2~3年以后 搬去LAS 生活
问题1 人不在美国 在LAS 买房 有没有什么限制 ？

去年数据：Foreign buyers purchased 3 percent of the homes sold in Las Vegas. Of the foreign buyers that could be identified, 72 percent were from Canada and 8.2 percent were from Australia. Buyers from Hong Kong, Israel and France accounted for 3 percent to 4 percent of the sales where records indicated a foreign buyer. 大陆买家在哪？
