这个社区可以。要不然我是不会买的。HOA原则上要求一年的lease，需要复印一份lease给HOA备份。

    对，是一个车库。这个社区是小户型，80%是一车库。

这一地区。唉。。。。。。

一个车库没问题，大不了趴在街上吧，但问题是：社区，街边不许泊车，维有趴在维一的车库前面吧。记住哦，移一下车如果你想出去。

后花园是没有的了，前面有一个小空间来摆两张椅子吧。

设计也有问题，一入正门是kitchen，然后是客厅，哦，问题是，两者都不大。

在2012年2月间，这房子只卖6万，也没人问津。

恭喜你拥有赌城的房产。业主。。。。。。！

请华人经纪有一点良心啊。。。。。。。。。But，如果是你要求8万~10万的房子，那么与经纪无关。{:5_126:}

[size=6]   夸张了点吧，大鱼大肉和青菜萝卜，都有各自的消费群体，[/size][size=6]所谓的丰简由人嘛。房子也是一样，你总不能要求大家都住你一样的豪宅吧，要是这样你还到哪里找优越感不是？{:5_151:}一车库的房子小家庭不是正好吗，国内带车库的“豪宅”绝大部分都是一车库的，照你的逻辑他们统统不要过了？[/size]
