在哪都是上有政策, 下有对策. 可能是电视剧看多了, 但也反映了一些现实情况, 国内不讲规矩, 不按合同的办的人真不少, 房客是弱势群体, 而在美国, 情况要好得多, 甚至感觉有的地方房东是弱势群体.
