如果房子不是老旧， 并不建议购买。

我也是之前搜索了一下，发现网上各个公司的REVIEW都很差，都是那种有问题，找借口或者是拖着不给修的。不过不买保险，心里还是有点怕，万一有大的东西坏了，就麻烦了。
