Vegas高端房子没有低端跌得多啊

查了一下Summerlin最近成交的50万以上的房子，价钱还是比2002年时的贵20%，
相对10W左右的已经跌破2002年的价钱。看来如果房子要保值的话，还是买相对较好区和好物件。

是这样的，就跟股市类似，绩优股抗跌但是也贵，适合做长线。

如果Vegas的房价在未来3年内还是持平的话，是有这个可能。但是有一点是确定的，就是房市回春的话一定是从好区开始。
