As of October 03 2011 there were about 25,707 single family and condo homes listed for sale in Las Vegas Nevada. The median asking price of these homes was approximately $119,892. Since this time last year, the inventory of homes for sale has decreased by 8.4% and the median price has decreased by 7.7%.
