Two chef’s choice amuse bouche
Two appetizers, choice of:

• Italian sausage pizza with fresh mozzarella and roasted fennel
• Margherita pizza with vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil
• Caesar salad with ciabatta crouton and parmesan crisp
• Seasonal vegetable minestrone soup
Two entrees, choice of:
• Kerry’s Meatloaf (a special house recipe) with mashed potatoes
• Citrus-braised short ribs with polenta rustica and tempura corn
