请问夫妻买房登记时，title 用 Joint tenants， Community Property ， Community Property with rights of survivorship，Tenants in Common 还是其他，谢谢回答。

查了一下对community property, a joint tenancy, and community property with right of survivorship 的解释，通过这篇文章, 会搞得较清楚. 请看链接：

Community Property with rights of survivorship 的一方共有人死亡时，未亡人会取得所有继承财产权。即生存者拥有全部财产。
community property当一共有人死亡是，未亡人即取得一般产权，一半有遗嘱转后裔或者由生存者继承。如果有遗嘱，那么由受赠人和生存者以共有制拥有财产。

这个就是最大的区别，就是说配偶死亡后的那部分产权，有survivorship的情况下会自动归属另一个配偶，而没有survivorship的情况下，产权可以由配偶或者子女或者自己指定的人共同继承或者配偶单独继承。
