Provide executive supports

Drafting business and marketing plans" e( M9 A/ d5 |
Preparing statistical reports1 q6 R: h- b; i( O
Handling information requests9 p0 I+ e1 g0 F& D  d: O; l
Perform supporting functions, such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference and calls, and scheduling meetings, etc.9 P! d$ U2 x6 z% Z6 |3 T
Writing and arranging company web site content in English and Chinese' y7 q: e& _/ O  n
Writing publicity materials and releasing varies communications media0 l; i6 ^4 h( K2 J9 O- k/ w. u: d
Accompany company executive to meetings 3 Y3 a& P, c6 b' ^
& u3 m; e8 l: [/ b1 j8 G1 S; m
Requirements:
9 M# y0 R! e2 b+ M: sStrong verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
