I have a fully approved short sale listing for $315k in Rhodes Ranch
(this is the minimum the bank require for a cash deal).
It is a 3354 sq ft house with 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 car garage, a wet bar area, a loft area and a pool. One of the bedroom is downstair with its own bath. This property is located in the front of Rhodes Ranch; very close to the main guard gate, golf course, club house, and community swimming pool and gym. The back part of Rhodes Ranch is where the new houses are being built with smaller lot and away from the golf course.
This property can rent for about $2000-$2300 per month. Its has a monthly property tax of $255 (for Fiscal 2010-2011 tax year that starts in June) and an HOA due of $100.
